All my life I have loved working with my hands and being creative. For over 20 years I have been formulating natural skin care products and in 2006 I opened a boutique in West Queen West in downtown Toronto. This was the beginning of my journey of who I am today. The year of 2008 I married the love of my life and we have 3 children who’s first initials make up “Zed” of Zed Healing Arts. They are my love and light everyday and everything I do, I do for them. In 2018 I was guided to learn energy work and studied to become a Registered Reflexologist and Reiki Master Teacher. Over the years I have taken many courses to expand my knowledge and my services to include Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki Energy Healing, Advanced Reflexology (feet, hand, auricular, face and cranial, hot stones), Facial Cupping, Gua Sha, Buccal Massage and Indian Head Massage. I am also currently studying Clinical Aromatherapy and Aroma Massage. In addition to my services I curate skin care products using local, fair trade, organic and natural ingredients.
